Per customer' request, surface treatment could be powder coating, eletroplate, E-coating and so on.

Accoding to the quantity tooling can be customized at different grade, low cost, mid cost and high cost with different tooling life cylce, and not changing the accuracy.
DFM could be offered before tooling lauching, casting process simulation and reliable proposals can be provided by our engineers, and if required, 2D drawing or 3D model modification could be provided too.
If customer need design validation, machined Aluminum prototypes could be manufactured by us too.
